 Jan Mrazek is a co-founder of Adastra Group. A problem solver, visionary, and thought leader, Jan is an internationally recognized expert in the Information Management industry. Jan has led Adastra to Platinum Member status of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies Award (having won the award since 2005) and was recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 (Technology, Ontario). Jan has a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Hagen, Germany.

Jan Cervinka

 Jan Cervinka co-founded Adastra as an international company. In his role of the Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Adastra. Under his leadership Adastra has built a strong customer base in Central Europe and quickly expands on markets of the European Union and Northern America. Jan Červinka is the holder of the 2006 Czech Republic Technology Entrepreneur Of The Year title. This prize is a part of the Entrepreneur Of The Year competition organised annually by Ernst & Young.

 Petr Jech is a co-founder of Adastra Group. A technology guru, he holds extensive experience in data architecture, database design, and robust ETL, and manages and develops Adastra's technology portfolio. Since co-founding Adastra, Petr has worked with dozens of the company's clients on their data warehousing strategies and architectures.
